Doctor Studios (“we,” “us”) provides social media strategy, production and distribution services for physicians and medical practices. This policy describes what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect. When you book a growth-plan call or contact us, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, email address, practice or institution, specialty, and anything you include in scheduling questions or emails. Our scheduling is handled by Calendly, which processes that information under its own privacy policy. This website does not ask for, and you should not submit, any patient information or protected health information.

Embedded content. Video examples on this site are hosted by YouTube and Vimeo. Players load only after you click play; when you do, those services may set cookies and collect viewing data under their own policies. Links to Instagram are subject to Instagram’s terms.

How we use information. We use your contact details to prepare for and follow up on your consultation, respond to inquiries, and share information about our services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers named above and as required by law.

Retention and your choices. We keep contact information for as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing naimul@doctorstudios.co.

Client work and patient privacy. In our client work we operate HIPAA-safe production workflows: we do not request unnecessary patient information, and any patient appearance in client content requires the practice’s own authorization process.
